In
an effort to better serve those we are helping and to organize
volunteer services in the most efficient way, we ask that
groups and individuals use this list of specific needs to
prepare for their volunteer services. Please be prepared with
the necessary tools and equipment to make these projects happen
in a timely fashion. We ask that group leaders or individuals
with an interest in taking on a specific project: |
|
| |
| |
1.
Pick a specific need that you are certain you can manage
and provide materials for. |
| |
2.
Email Bill Wilson, bwilson@builderscare.org,
concerning the specific project you have chosen or questions
you may have about the project based on the project
listing. |
| |
3.
Come to a work day with any necessary materials that
you may need to complete the specific project based
on the descriptions provided on this web-site. |
| |
4.
Perform the work needed to complete the project you
have committed to on the work day and if the project
is not completed, follow-up in the next few days to
complete the project that you started. |
| |
5.
Establish an ongoing relationship with the homeowner
or organization leader and continue to stay in contact
with them with any concerns they may have regarding
the project you worked on or any other projects that
you may be able to help with in the future |
